Since 19 March 2025, the Ringbahn and Westend bridges of the A100 motorway have been completely closed, causing considerable traffic delays in Berlin. To make your journey easier, we recommend that you use alternative routes. A bypass via the opposite carriageway has been set up and can be used. You can also avoid delays by using public transport as an alternative. We will keep you informed about current changes and wish you a safe journey!

How to use the public transport in Berlin? Some hints:

The city of Berlin and the surrounding suburbs have been organised into three tariff zones - A, B and C. You can buy tickets for the combined zones AB, BC or ABC, as needed. With a ticket for the ABC subareas, you are always on the right track within Berlin!

Zone A: Berlin's inner city up to and including the S-Bahn (urban rail) ring
Zone B: outside the S-Bahn (urban rail) ring up to the city boundary
Zone C: greater Berlin area (approx. 15 km around the city of Berlin), including the city of Potsdam and BER Airport Berlin.

Tickets can be bought at ticket vending machines at the subway stations, not in the trains themselves. Please mind that you valuate your ticket from ticket vending machines before entering the train/subway. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.bvg.de or with the BVG app.

Single-trip-ticket (ABC) can be purchased for 5.00 €* incl. VAT and can be used 120 min in total.
Day-ticket (ABC) valid 24 h from purchase for 12.90 €* (incl. VAT)

By car, please use the entrance at Birkenstrasse 19 – 22, 10559 Berlin. Please check your individual route here.

Parking
The hotel provides 550 covered and secure parking spaces for delegates at the shopping center MOA Bogen with direct access to the hotel. You will arrive directly at the car park, if enter Birkenstrasse 21 into your navigation device and turn left onto the first parking level after the barrier. Please follow the signage up to the 4th parking level, where you will reach the direct access. A one day ticket will cost 20 € (incl. VAT).

By train, arriving at the central railway station it´s just a 10 minute drive by taxi. You can also use the following public transport connections:

Bus 123 (every 20 minutes) direction Saatwinkler Damm / Mäckeritzwiesen, get off at Stendaler Straße and from there it is a short 5 minute walk to the hotel.
S9 direction Spandau Bhf or S7 direction Potsdam Hauptbahnhof or S5 direction Westkreuz get off at Zoologischer Garten Bhf and change to U9 direction Osloer Straße and get off at Birkenstraße.

arriving at BER airport, the hotel is an approx. 45-minute taxi ride away.
arriving at BER airport, the hotel is about 50 minutes away by public transport.

Take the BER Express (FEX) in the direction of S+U Berlin Hauptbahnhof, get off at Gesundbrunnen Bhf and change to the S42 platform 2 and get off at Westhafen From there it is a. 5-minute walk to the hotel.
